One Website I used to access, I no longer can. |

Up until two months ago, I used to be able to access a friend's e-commerce website in the UK but no more. Neither Firefox nor Safari let me complaining that either it is a security issue or that when I tried to Ping it, it was an unknown source or something. I know for a fact I should be able to access it but cannot. Called our provider and they blame it on Apple Firewall settings telling me to tell them to lower the sensitivity. Went to Apple help online and they want me to pay to email them with this issue. Have 10.4.11 on an old Snowball. I am really frustrated and think I should be able to add this address somewhere in order to access it or something. AAAARRRGGHH! Does anyone have any suggestions?
