I just did an update to my macbook today and now I can't access the Yahoo games. I get as far as putting in the security code on the pop up box then on safari I get a message saying
"the macintosh platform does not support livescript"
On firefox it says:
This game cannot be played using your current settings. Please, try the following:
Check to make sure that java is enabled in your browser. (learn more) If you do not have java installed you may download it here. To learn more about java support for browsers, visit our help pages.
Java is enabled. But I think the culprit was the Java for Mac X 10 OS 10.5 update 10. The games worked last night and I did the update this morning.
Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I guess its a good excuse not to play the stupid games, but still... it should work.
:-)

1. Or could anyone suggest who I could contact |
|
I posted this in the apple support communities but no one has responded there either. I found someone else with the same problem on another site who was likewise getting no response. I'm sure there are many more having the problem but companies bury the help desk contacts so deep now that its next to impossible to access.
