I'm through here at DU. I am sick of the southern bashing and the Christian bashing and so I am chucking the whole thing. I've enjoyed meeting some folks here, but I cannot continue to subject myself to the outright hate and intolerance which is allowed on these boards against southerners and Christians.

Hey Doni,

I really don't think there are more than 60 South-bashers out of 60,000+ DUers, so it is giving a tiny group of aggressive jerks a lot of unearned power to leave DU because of them.

5. I've noticed a shift from the "Fuck the South" crowd

They have taken up a defensive position and some are whining about how it is unfair that they aren't allowed to say anything negative about the South.
