What you do with it in the privacy of your own kitchen is your own business.

I have some more Omaha Steak fillets wrapped in bacon. They ARE weird to cook! What - 2 inches high and 2 inches across? I did NOT broil them this time, but pan fried and cooked the bacon crispy first. Well, I am a new upper-denture wearer, so I have a hard time with some things, ;-).
I ended up simmering it in beef broth and froze it for another day.

As long as you don't cook it well done, no sin has been committed. Go in peace, my child. ;)

When you get there, look for a tall guy sitting alone at the table closest to the kitchen.
