| Does anyone have a recipie for fruit dip |
|
I used to have one, but somehow it is gone. I know I used cream cheese but can not for the life of me remember it.

| 1. Here is mine--it makes a delicious dip for fresh fruit! |
|
French Cream Fruit Dip
8 oz. cream cheese 1-1/3 cup confectioners sugar 1/3 cup whipping cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 cup sherry
Cream the cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, vanilla and sherry and mix; in another bowl, beat whipping cream until thick; blend all together well. Best if allowed to stand overnight to meld the flavors.
Double the recipe for a party.
It is very addictive! (I don't count the calories!)
Enjoy!

|
could I be charged with something if someone keels over after gobbling it all down?

| 7. Oohhhh, that sounds naughty. Maybe I will fix it when I invite my |
|
friend over for tea soon. I am gonna fix homemade chai and gift her with the recipe and a starter bag of the spice mix (I owe her beaucoup for favors), and gotta bake some quiche maybe, and I was thinking fruit salad but fruit with dip might be more decadent for a girl's get-together!

| 4. Would you like a low fat version of one? |
|
This is also a topping for pork...
1/2 cup of Fage 0% fat greek yogurt zest of 1 lime over this Mango chutney drizzeled over this (1 to 2 tsp)
I just made this to dip strawberries and fresh pineapple into. It's fresh to the palette and a great snack between meals.

| 5. I make one that everyone loves and it's just two ingredients. |
|
Mix an 8 oz. block of softened cream cheese with a jar of marshmallow creme. It's not as overy sweet as it sounds.

| 10. I asked for the recipe of a fruit salad dressing |
|
at a restaurant and it's the easiest, no-fail recipe ever. Shake a container of vanilla (or lemon) yogurt and add sesame seeds (or not) to your liking. Tastes like something really special on fruit salad!
