Ya ever run a concession stand?

My turn is over and I could not be more relieved. It was really fun and became a family affair but after years of doing it - and begging for help - I started to feel used. I was a volunteer, too, and it never ceased to amaze me that people felt like they deserved all the amenities you'd find at a restaurant.

I'm still going to help in other ways, of course. I will just spend a lot less time doing it!

Anyone else have concession stand tidbits to share?
