Copper River salmon from Costco but I know the final bite was over $100 and I had only one box of goodies that day.

Yes, class costs. The last bag lasted me several months and I had to give the tail end away when my power blew up.

I'd rather eat well in small quantities than stuff myself with dreck.

In fact, I might not finish the free range chicken and risotto today. I might thaw a salmon fillet instead.

Next week, back to beans and rice.
