1. Great! I buy the stuff maybe once every five years

and that's because there are a few wonderful Chinese recipes for seafood that call for it. The rest of the bottle sits in the fridge, evaporates, and is tossed when it's brown stuff in the bottom.

I just wonder if they put other sugars in or if they're allowing all the vinegary, tomatoey goodness through.
