I have a question regarding swapping apple sauce for oil in baking recipes. Are the measurements the same? 1 C. oil replace with 1 C. of apple sauce? Sounds tasty and from I'm reading recipes at the www.allrecipes.com site makes for a moister sweeter cake. What say you foodies?
