Fine - I broke down and made a pizza dough (from a Jiffy box Ha!) We eat small, so I used 1/2 of the dough. Wow - it turned out great!
I saved the other 1/2 raw dough but what to do now for another pizza? It's cold in the fridge. Take it out and let it rise again, punch it down? I have no clue.
I want to do a cheeseburger one this time
Ground beef and onion cooked and topped with pickles/cheddar cheese, which I love.
Thanks, to all!

| 1. just take it out and let it warm up a bit. no need to let it rise again. |

my sister made an awesome pizza once... barbecue sauce, chicken, not sure what kind of cheese... but it was great! but you don't need to let it rise again. just let it warm up a bit so you can work with it.

| 2. Letting it warm to room temperature is all the rising time it will need |

and you have to do that much so that you can work with it and make it behave.
Now that you know how easy it is out of a box, it's time to do your own with flour, water, yeast and salt!
You can make a big batch. It freezes, too.
