1. My SIL sent me a community cookbook
and I was intrigued by the pistachio salad in the index. When I went to the page, the recipe for pistachio salad was Jello instant pistachio pudding and whipped cream. Sure, pudding passes for a 'green' in Oklahoma! :rofl:
