essentially hot peppers made with potatoes on the stove.
IT is a damn tasty dish and I am sure glad I had time to make it today.
For those with ahem palates that might have problem with the capcein, there is cream too.
I used the same peppers you use for stuffed peppers... they are tasty, but when they cook, oh my throat is going. They were much too small for stuffing, but they will go well with the steak.
And the conure will get his meat, oh happy conure,
