| Super simple crockpot pork roast |
|
Big pork loin roast, visible fat trimmed off. Throw it in a crockpot with a couple of cups of chicken broth. Toss in 3 large cloves of garlic, sliced thin, and about 2 tbsp of those chipotle chiles, pureed in their adobo sauce. Set temperature on high and cook to death, until falling apart. I turned the temp down to low when it started to get tender. I did this on Sunday, didn't take all day. Served the meat and juices with a baguette and some roasted fall vegetables.

Sounds good, but I would add salt.

| 3. The chicken broth I used was actually water with chicken flavor |
|
Better-Than-Bouillon added. Plenty of salt there, I suppose. But witht he seasonings, it didn't need additional.
