| zucchini snickerdoodle thoughts? |
|
Through the subtleties of couponing, in order to get 4 boxes of healthy cereal for 85 cents today, I had to get some boxes of snickerdoodle cookie mix - something I normally wouldn't buy.
It calls for a full stick of butter to be added. I know that if I make a boxed brownie mix I can leave out all the oil and water and just put in a shredded zucchini. Anyone have any idea how much of the butter I could eliminate in a snickerdoodle, and how much zucchini I'd have to add to make up for it?

as a replacement for oil and water. Will be curious to see how this turns out for you! :)
