| Anybody have any good recipes for Christmas Cookies that |
|
will freeze well...I know sugar cut out cookies freeze well. Would love to have some of your recipes that are quick and easy and to die for.
I have baked for 50 years, but want to cook over a period of 10 days and want to make quite a few more cookies this year, as that's what alot of my relatives are getting for Christmas.
Thanks. onecent

| 1. One thing I do is to make the dough |
|
and stick it in the fridge until I'm ready. Saves a bunch of time and mess. I can do all the baking at one time too.

| 3. My daughter and I do the same with our dough, but we've never tried freezing it. |

We did a lot of baking over the weekend, but one batch of dough was still sitting in the fridge when we completely ran out of steam. We'll get around to it this weekend.
