I keep reading about meatloaf with dressing as the seasoning and binder, so I am going to give it a try, unless someone has a fab meatloaf recipe to share (and I have the ingredients in stock)
Any favorite recipes out there?

Really almost any meat dish can be adapted into a loaf
Meatloaf saltinboca...add some Prosciutto, provolone, sage, and a hit of Marsalla to ground turkey
Meatloaf cordon blue...add swiss and ham to ground turkey
Meatloaf inside out cabbage rolls...Add finely shredded cabbage, some rice and a bit of caraway to ground pork/beef
Teriyaki...add rice, teriyaki sauce and maybe even a bit of pineapple
Chili loaf...add some beans, and chilis and top with Salsa
I have always added egg as a binder. It also adds lightness IMO and without it your loaf may be overly dense.
