I haven't been able to find them for a few years. I know I can order them on line someplace but I keep forgetting.
I use them in coffee cake or apple cakes. They are also great in Pumpkin oatmeal cookies with a little candied ginger and some dried cranberries or cherries.
I've used them in Blondies and in Pecan Bars.
Thanks god I don't bake much anymore! Just the possibilities have added 20 lbs.

an oatmeal raisin cookie. Their uses are endless. This KA recipe calls for them but I haven't used them in it because it's already so cinnamonny, plus I add a little ground cloves and allspice: http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/simply-sinful-cinnamon-muffins-recipe
