| Great brunch today at my sister's - Italian style 'French toast' - |

BIL is Sicilian, he made this today for a family brunch.
Thick cut Italian bread, soaked in beaten egg / milk mixture -
Browned in a bit of olive oil w / caraway seed.
Set in a slow oven to finish.
When set well, serve topped with -
Marscapone cream cheese
Fresh blueberries
Drizzled Limoncella (lemon liqueur).
Drizzled maple syrup.
Side - Rolled prosciutto.
Sliced figs and pears. Espresso.
Sparkling water.
