pickled jalapenos in the pantry now, and the pickled cauliflower and dilly green beans. I am just in a pickling mood this year, lol. Sauerkraut and maybe pickled eggs are on the agenda.
Some years I get into preserves, and some years convenience foods like chili and spaghetti sauce and various soups.
This year, it's pickles. Oh, and I must do mango chutney, too!
