the next challenge is... gluten free pizza crust. We have tried, so far, three brands of commercial... and you know it is bad when the two conures REFUSED to even eat it. They got apple and corn instead.
So after three brands of going... jayzus this is bland... next on the docket is pizza dough. I have a good standard recipe, and modifying it first with just AP gluten free flour. Yes, will take more work... as in need to prepare it mostly the day before and all that... but this is what one needs to do if one is to enjoy certain foods and NOT get deadly ill. Will let you know how that goes, after I get the gumption to really go there.
