1. Thankie...The Gateau looked interesting!
And the maple mousse with chocolate sauce. Thats different!

I usually make my truffles when I'm in the mood to cook something chocolate. Otherwise I grab a spoon of Nutella. :) Will revisit those next time I get a chocolately urge lol

The Molten Chocolate Baby Cakes look good, too.



Somehow, I just can't cotton to olive oil and chocolate....
