I have viewed Clara's videos more a few times also. She is such a great inspiration. I bought her book also. After I read it, I shared with another oldster who loved it.
Thanks for bringing Cooking with Clara up again. Her Grandson is marketing her dishes online, books and CD's and is making her famous!

Her dishes are old school, easy and good.
