I'm going to do a couple of Slim Fast meals a day (breakfast and dinner) as long as they sit well on my stomach - and try some of the meal suggestions for lunches.
Grabbed some Gingerale too - to help with the nausea and I'll keep looking for crystalized ginger. (Or make my own)
I'm usually pretty good about figuring these things out for myself, but between the fatigue, pain, narcotics, and being way "over it" I was really drawing a blank.
You guys rock. Thank you all for taking the time to help me. ♥
