at our local Payless. Renate marinated them in seasoned yogurt, then braised them with carrots, rutabaga, onions, shallots and rosemary. She made garlic mashed potatos and a 3-bean salad. It was excellent.

I'm the only one in my house who likes it, so I rarely buy lamb. That sounds so good.

with the slow cooking, and the onions caramelize. The sauce is amazing. I know some folks don't like lamb, but you can do miraculous things with it.
