“We’re starting a new business with wines,” Teresa tells the New York Daily News. “It’s a Bellini and it’s going to be called a ‘Fabulini.’ I’ve got a raspberry and peach. It’s Prosecco wine, peach puree, and raspberry.” http://realitytvmagazine.sheknows.com/2011/06/28/teresa-giudice-melissa-gorgas-feud-to-carry-on-at-a-liquor-store-near-you/

| 1. Our local wine store was selling the puree and was sampling it with Prosecco. It was VERY good. |

| 3. When I can get local peaches.. |
|
they're only eaten after soaking for a while in a glass of white wine - Proseco would be wonderful.

| 5. I dunno, my fave of late is chocolate milk (made with homemade chocolate syrup) |
|
spiked with rum. Milk makes the Mg in chocolate more easily absorbed. And the rum........well, that just makes the whoe thing way yummier.

| 7. Kestrel, can you share your recipe for chocolate syrup? |
|
Especially, what brand/type of cocoa did you use?
I recently made some using Alton Brown's recipe and Valhrona cocoa - it's good but I'm curious as to whether there's something better. I have a large stock of a variety of different cocoas (some of which have been here for quite a while) that I'm making a determined effort to use up.

| 6. I follow all of the Real Housewives shows... |
|
hey, some people watch WWF so don't glare at me!
Here's what I know: they become fashion designers, singers, authors, cookbook writers, wine merchants, jewelry and handbag designers, skincare experts, makeup artists, etc. MOST with little to no education or training in any of these areas. It's strike while the iron is hot. Sell sell sell. It's part of why they are on these shows.
What gets me?
People actually buy their stuff! :D
