Daughter and my new Son in Law JUST returned from their honeymoon; went to Rome for 5 days, and Greece, Athens for 2 (amid tumult; exciting and scary story involved in that!) and Santorini for 6 days.
Amy asked whether I could help her find info about Mediterranean diet for health, as they're both feeling wonderful. Son in law has Crouns, has been doing well since surgery about a year ago, and feels terrific after their time in Italy and Greece.
Any sources?
Thanks
