My son has been battling Coxsackie virus since Sunday

He's very fussy and we have been medicating him (1.6 ml of Tylenol and 2.5ml of Motrin)... he's producing lots of EXTREMELY smelly diapers..

Any ideas on how to make him comfortable (we're aware of the dehydration issues, and we do keep offering him Similac and water (separate bottles)) and how to beat down this thing to death?

It's less than two weeks before his first birthday, and we want him healthy, happy and ready to celebrate his first year on earth with us.
