My two year old is taking off his clothes while he is in his crib. |
|
Including his diaper. He is not potty trained yet, so, as you can imagine, it is a mess. Any suggestions? Maybe zip-tie his PJ's shut? Duct tape the diapers?

1. We put our son's zip up PJs on backwards. |

When he went through that stage. We got them a little larger and longer so they wouldn't be tight around his neck, and could twist the feet around.

2. Heh. That just reminded me. |

One pair of PJs back then were Clifford the Big Red Dog jammies, and they had a tail. When we put them on backwards, the tail ended up in the front, and it looked like, well, you know... We didn't realize it until after we put them on, and we couldn't stop laughing so we had to change him into another pair.

5. No, but I should have. |

I still have those PJs, and our younger son has yet to go through that phase, so I'll have another chance. :)

We ended up putting overalls on her - backwards - with the straps crossed in the (her) back.

You could put them on under his zipper pjs or just put a onsie type shirt on him with pants. They are the one thing that I've found that my 2-year-old boy can't remove easily. He's often naked when I put him in zipper pjs, even before bed! Unfortunately, my son learned how to crawl out of his crib a couple months ago so we put him in a toddler bed to avoid broken bones should he fall out of the crib on an escape mission. Now when my son gets up he takes his pjs off (if he isn't in something with a onsie) and gets "dressed" himself. LOL, that usually means a T-shirt and a diaper. I think kids just like to be naked at this age. I know my girls did at that age!
