mouse issues in Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx? |
|
My machine is still plenty usable. In fact I'm using it now. :)
But my mouse is acting weird. Single-clicks are interpreted as double-clicks, etc.
Maybe it's a mechanical problem with the mouse. But it started when I upgraded to Lynx.

1. If it's a USB mouse, try a different USB slot |
|
You might tinker with System >> Preferences >> Mouse: there's a "simulate double-click with primary button" checkbox there
Really dunno -- but if it's an old or nonstandard mouse, maybe System >> Administration >> Hardware Drivers could pick up something
Sometimes the little mofos just die: it's happened to me

I'm bound to have another mouse around here to try, if I can only find it.
