I need some help with virus removal

Please,if someone could help me,I don't know what to do now.
I tried to remove them out of my registry,as instructed by 'Symantec' and my computer stopped working.I had to do a 'system restore' and now the viren are back.
They are Adware(NDOTNET) with a bunch of subfiles.
Any ideas?

I have to go to work in a bit,but I'll check back later tonight.

I do run 'NoAdware',but it didn't detect anything.
