Trend Micro and Earthlink Users

Are you having problems signing on the Earthlink? I couldn't get through and finally removed and tried to reinstall microtrend, just to get error messages saying that my cd copy is a 2008 which is not compatible with the current Microsoft version.

1. For anyone who has this problem...

I needed to upgrade the TrendMicro version. I had 2008 and had to go to 2010.Everything is working better, but something is still wrong, because I can't link directly to earthlink.
