Any recommendations for a password saving program? |
|
I was using Roboform for years and with the recent Firefox upgrade to 4 I was required to buy a Roboform upgrade, at a discount at least. It never functioned properly and in dealing with their lame email support system I lost all my data. Now I get no response to queries and can not get anywhere close to getting a refund. I just want a dependable password protection program that is simple, secure, Firefox compatible, and hopefully free.

1. I use an excel spreadsheet and password protect it. |

I'd prefer to keep it in a Google Docs spreadsheet, but you can't protect/encrypt files there.

Don't have a copy from which to quote directly so will paraphrase as I recall.
Hitler and Eva Braun were enjoying a relaxing steamy bath when a messenger knocked on the bathroom door. 'I have an important message for you Fuehrer.'
'Slide it under the door' commanded Hitler.
'I can't mein Fuehrer', whereupon Hitler embarks on one of his famous slavering tirades, threatening to have the messenger executed when he gets out of the bath.
Then a wafer thin, blood streaming head insinuates itself under the bathroom door. 'It's in my head, mein Fuehrer.'
