email & address book hijack.......

For the past 4 months I've been having this above adult spamm being sent out on my email. I've tried everthing to kill it. Today I sent it to AOL. It took over my Yahoo group and would send out a list message with no subject, once you click on it the above was there. I have friend that gets it in his email. Apparently NORTON flags it. I setup my address book with spam & worm alerts for the first 6 entries. I changed out my Yahoo email with an alternate today in the hopes it stops going there. I wish I could just delete my email addy but its on a government website and it my main contact.

I would like to stop it once and for all....I have 5-6 different programs & maleware. I thought about taking down the address book, How long should it have to be removed? HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP!
