any DUers raise pheasants?

4. There's a breeding pair of pheasants in the neighborhood...

male and female, see them flashing through the yard every now and then...but I don't know what kind they are.

Are you sure you want to raise these guys?

They are almost as noisy as peacocks...they've got this really LOUD, distinctive SKWONK!...
and they sure do say it a lot during the breeding season...
