:wtf: :wtf:
Ok, I will admit it, I did not pay enough attention to little Jules my Munchkin kitty that is now 3 years old last night. She was mad too and I moved her out of my spot where I sit to the bed and turned on the electric blanket (high please) for her. She was pissed still I could tell.
About an hour or so later I suddenly noticed that Jules was missing. The other two cats were accounted for and a search began of the house for her. I could not find her anywhere!
My tomcat (her boyfriend as I call him) was looking all over for her too. Not a sign of her anywhere - vanished as in *poof*.
So, I went out into the garage and looked and looked and still NO JULES! I was so upset! I got a flashlight and was going to go outside to look around in the dark for her but I couldn't see how she could have gotten out as a door to the outdoors had not been opened for several hours and was locked with the deadbolt thrown on it.
I opened this same back door from the garage to the outside world and there she was standing there!
She came charging in with all of her might and my tomcat gave her a harsh swipe on the hindquarters and chased her into the house and was meowing at her as if to scream/lecture, "Don't you EVER do that again!!".
My tomcat was in the garage for hours after wards trying to figure out how she did this. He seemed baffled and finally wandered off to bed a few hours later after much close observation of the garage.
Old Kitty was watching the whole show and moaning now and then. She also knows this "trick" too. I've seen (well not seen I should say) her do this "disappearing act" many times in her 15 years of age.
Ok, so the story is seemingly over - cat found.
However, HOW IN THE HELL DID SHE DO THIS?
Magic cat trick is the only explanation I can come up with as there is no way to get outside from the garage unless you open the bolted door. :dunce:
