Canine bladder cancer...anyone have any experience with treating it?

Our eleven year old borzoi, Belle, was diagnosed several weeks ago. She is on piroxicam (10mg) every other day until we find out
if her kidneys can handle a daily dosage. Also the antibiotic clavamox for a bladder infection. Eating well,
but since ninety percent of the bladder is involved she has to urinate frequently (small amounts) and is incontinent when sleeping. Thanks for any input.....z
