a dog fighting question

i have a skinny little boxer that i adopted from the pound a few years ago. we wondered at the time if she was from a fighting operation, as she had several scars. my vet thought she was less than 2 yo. she was pregnant when she got to the pound, and raised a litter there, but i know nothing about the pups.
besides having arthritic hips at age 2, she has crummy teeth, a common boxer fault. stubby and missing front teeth. not unlike my last boxer, even at a young age. but my question is- her incisors appear to have been blunted. all 4 seem filed down. is this something dog fighters do to bait dogs?
