Never, never, NEVER give these two their own little treat dish with a dollop of Montana Chunky Buffalo Chili* again!

Even though they love it, and beg and plead with purrs, ankle-windings, heart-rending meows and the 'starving kitty' expressions...and try to convince me they'll die if they don't get it.


After they get done...er...processing it, the resultant end product is malodorous enough to gag a maggot! :puke:

Judging by the frantic way D'Artagnan was trying to bury the evidence, he apparently thought so too...:yoiks:




* this stuff is really mild...just enough chili flavor to differentiate from a stew made from the same ingredients...
but it's rather good all the same.

If I should go to Taco Bell^TM and order their 7-layer burrito (probably won't happen again; was looking for an acceptable substitute for an item which is no longer on the menu :grr: ), then don't share said burrito with D'Artagnan and Riktor!

Even if they ask nicely...and they do! O8)

Riktor and D'Artagnan seem to be the gourmands of the clowder.
Esme and Wimsey are more 'vanilla' in their preferences- "No thanks, I'll stick to catfood...and whatever I can catch, partially consume, and then 'pick' off of for a few days." :puke:

For cats, that's vanilla. :shrug:
