Healthy to use same kitty food?

New kitty seems to like only food that comes in the tiny cans, particularly Fancy Feast Elegant Medley Shredded Chicken. Fussy! I will be donation about 20 cans of 9 lives and Friskies to the local shelter. It seems as though she won't eat anything but this gourmet food.

I don't mind(I guess) buying her this food but I do have a question. Is it healthy to give her just the same food, day after day? She will eat the turkey too. I have not tried some of the other FF varieties.
I must find somewhere that sells this stuff at less than 89 cents a can.

Yesterday I even tried to give her some people turkey. No go.
I never expected to have a shelter kitty behave like this. She is a love but is expensive to maintain.
Talks to me all the time and climbs on my lap every night as I read. Really a wonderful pet. Advice would be appreciated.

1. If it's good quality food she can eat the same stuff every day.

But don't be surprised if suddenly someday she turns up her nose at it and demands something different. Cats are like that.
