Sweet kitty needs forever home (Dallas, TX area)

Hi all. A sweet little girl is trying to adobt my husband and I. Unfortunately, we can neither afford a pet right now nor are we emotionally ready to accept another pet. We just lost our six year old beloved pup and will be paying his vet bills for the coming lifetime. We are calling her "Punkin" for now because she reminds us of Halloween. Black w/orange tabby. She's so sweet the birds aren't worried about her and still come down to the feeders. She's been hanging out in the doorways of the houses across the street the whole winter and took up with my husband one day when he was working in the yard. Amazingly, she has not come up pregnant so she may be spade. She really wants a human to love on.
