My 6-year old Beagle has lots of recurring seasonal allergies. 2 years ago was when they started and he had a REALLY rough summer/fall. Last year we knew what to expect so we got an early start on treatments, but he ended up on prednisone most of the summer which I don't like so much. He's been taking allergy shots since January and this summer has been the smoothest yet, but just this week he's having a flare up of some sort and the vet is recommending the addition of Atopica. I just can't find much about it that's based on personal experience, anyone using it?

1. I have never used it, but I suggest |

that you have a talk with your vet and get all your questions answered. Ask anything you want to know, talk about side effects and what to expect, find out how soon you should see results if it is going to work, etc.
Also google it and read all that you can before you have the discussion with the vet so that you are at least informed. I do the same thing with my animals that I would do with myself.
Best of luck with your baby.
