Howard Dean emerges fully fledged from the forehead of Zeus, slays the DLC, and leads the Democratic Party into a Golden Age of progress and enlightenment.

but I'm still excited about what's happening or could happen.

5. Certainly! That's important! We all have to be able to do that.

I should probably get some sleep, but I am excited about tomorrow, and I'll be teaching an English Comp. class when it happens--although the students are wrapping up the semester by doing peer reviews of their final papers, so I don't have to lecture. (But I will bundle the papers home to grade them later.)

I hope the speech will be archived or transcribed.

2. I went to a DNC Listening Session to support Howard Dean

for DNC Chair, but I won't be too upset if they choose someone else.

Howard Dean will continue to lead "Democracy for America" if he doesn't get the DNC Chair.
