What would you say if Dean withdrew from the race for the DNC chair and put his support behind NDN's Simon Rosenberg? I know that he may be a little too much of a moderate for some people but he is a popular net personality and he would be far more supportive of a Dean candidacy than others.

1. I could go for that

Rosenberg is an up and comer who is net savvy. He will understand the Dean phenomenon and not pooh pooh it. I would rather him do it than have Dean hamstrung in that position.

3. well if he did pull out of the race

it would be a good indication that he is leaning towards another run for president in '08 and I could live with that.

he will, by then, be considered 'old news' by most, he will be bogged down by the scream, and he will just generally be fucked.
