Dean rally tickets sold out in 2 1/2 hours!

Howard Dean is coming to my little burg (Lawrence, KS) on Friday for a fundraiser and a rally. The tickets went on sale today at one of the larger venues in town. You can see how quickly they went from my title!
Funny thing is, we just barely put up flyers for it yesterday, but the man at the reference desk at the city library said they had all kinds of calls about it, and so he made a copy of the flyer I put up on their bulletin board to deal with the calls.

I guess the venue is going to put speakers outside so those who couldn't get a ticket can hear Dean's speech.

He has a habit of talking to the overflow crowds quite often, going outside to do it.

I saw the tickets were just $5. Great low price.

Poor guy never could get attention...LOL

Maybe by the time I get to the Big Island in a couple of years..it will be time for Dean to hit Hawaii! :D
