Hi everyone --
Just want want to explain how you all got here because some may be wondering.
I simply went to threads that would attract liberals - read posts -- and if they
seemed liberal . . . you got an invite!
I've invited I think about 85-90 so far -- and continue to look for new posters
to invite.
I think about 60 have checked in so far -- maybe more?
HERE'S THE QUESTION . . . .
AT SOME POINT SHOULD WE POST A NOTICE IN THE 'GENERAL' AREA THAT WE ARE HERE AND
ARE LOOKING FOR OTHER LIBERALS/PROGRESSIVES TO JOIN US????
And when should that be?
When we have more than 100 -- say 125 or 150 already checked in?
Or when we have 100?
Or never?
I can keep roaming the forum for another while and selecting liberals/progressives
in the same way I've been doing. Any who think that's what I should keep doing,
let me know!!!
Thanks to you all for coming --
I know this is a depressing time for us all --
and I think it shows you still have spirit and most of all a strong belief in democracy.
:)

1. This is only my opinion but I think to keep on doing it this way... |
|
would fairly well guarantee that the majority would be liberal progressives and then you would know who to keep an eye on later as well as the real liberal progressives would already know each other's names. Just as a way to keep out trolls is what I am thinking. It would take a while for the republicans or disrupter's in dem clothing to figure out where all the progressives are. However thats only my opinion. :)

2. I think you should post it. |
|
The BOGlodytes can't come in to cause grief so there's no harm there and you will likely miss some very progressive posters (and readers) if you don't.

4. I think the forums provide a protection against attack . . .in other words... |
|
if you're in a Howard Dean forum, the presumption is that you are FOR
Howard Dean -- and attackers would be moved out???
However, IMO, this location was to BEGIN with --
and I think we need to decide where to move to from here?
Please see my new post in the forum -- "Another Important Question" --

6. I will defer to more experienced DUers |
|
If we do post it in GD, and we end up with a bunch of Neocon parasites haunting our discussions, we can just ignore them--don't take the bait.
