I met Howard Dean in London a couple of months ago. He was talking to Democrats Abroad; there were 300 people in the center of London, England to see him talk!
He was very good.

And I have had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Dean 3 times....Jefferson Jackson Dinner in Indianapolis April 2003, Tom Harkin Steak Fry September 2003 and again in Iowa during the caucuses in January this year. Hope to meet him again as President.
