The world has lost a bright light.
Universe, please be with her and those she loves and who love her.

3. One of her recent quotes... |
|
"But I have found that in the simple act of living with hope, and in the daily effort to have a positive impact in the world, the days I do have are made all the more meaningful and precious."

Such an influential life, such a challenge at the end. RIP, Elizabeth. The world was better because you were in it, however briefly.

... and know she has it even as the words flow from my fingers. She was a great, great lady who handled things with integrity. I have always liked her very much.
Safe passage, Elizabeth. You'll be missed.

8. Amazingly, I am still picking up an enormous amount of energy |
|

around her, which is usually not the case after the soul has departed. I think she has crossed, but her energy is still lingering quite a bit. The color I see is yellow, the color of creativity and joy.

19. Seriously, I find it fascinating that I still pick up on energy around the name "Elizabeth Edwards," |
|
even today. Although now it is more of the deep violet I associate with transformation. Appropriate for someone who has just crossed to the other side. But still, it is highly unusual for me to pick up any colors if it has been more than twenty four hours since a person has passed.

9. I was shocked to hear this |

when I got home this evening, I had no idea her passing was so imminent. Felt a big lump on my throat, she was a classy, intelligent and brave woman -- safe passage Eilzabeth.

10. I loved when she said |
|
to Keith Olberman about acceptance of Plan B when your life takes a twist, "You start to be more productive and you don't live in internal discontent the day you say now my life is different and these are the new parameters of my life. Every time I've resisted and every time I've come to the same place."
Swift passing, Elizabeth. Your resiliency was phenomenal and is inspiring.

12. Sigh! It's so sad she was picked by the universe |
|
to suffer this end stage disease. I kept thinking she could have run for President in 2016.

13. Her energy has joined 'The Force' ... |
|
... maybe that's the best way she can work for good, to be part of 'the One' that supports and guides us while we're toiling here against the Dark Side.

14. Not to go all OT, but that reminds me |
|
The other day MG Jr. told me that he announced to his friends at school that he didn't believe in God (and of course the other kids nearly fell over with shock--it's a super-conservative community, and they are just 7, after all--still literal-minded). I told him, "But you do believe in God." "I do?" "You believe in The Force?" "Yeah." "Then you believe in God."
That got him thinking for a few minutes. :) Then he explained how his friends think God is a guy. And I said, ah, the ol' bearded white dude sitting on a cloud. And my son said, "Yeah! That's ridiculous! If he were an old white guy sitting on a cloud, airplane pilots could SEE him!"
Well there ya go. :P
