A sense of peace & serenity have descended upon me. |
|
And I'm ALL FOR IT!
In the last 3 days, a decision has entered my life, either conscience or unconscience, that worry & stress are not going to be a part of my life anymore. I am making the conscience decision not to allow this, but I would not have been able to do this if not for a change in my aura. Perhaps this is what "clearing" really means. Not sure what is happening, but I welcome it.
It is amazing how much of my energy & life-force was tied-up w/those 2 emotions. I am setting MYSELF FREE. It feels like I've made the world a better place, just by this decision. Certainly hope so.
Maybe it's all the planets going direct. Don't know.
Any one else here experiencing this?
:)

Bottle it and sell it!
Seriously, I am all for it, too.
I'm about 80% there, I would say. First came the conscious decision, and it was actually a well thought out rational decision. Mainly, how does getting stressed out contribute to alleviating a difficult situation? I decided the answer was in no way does it help. After that, I felt free to let it go. Then, after I started doing energy work, and more just peeled away. It got to the point where I didn't have to ask that question. The only part of that left now is when I am around other people that are stressed out and I get some second hand stress. I still need to work on this.
Yes, it is like being free. For me it was both a left brain and a right brain thing. But it started just with reasoning and deduction.

8. As long as we end up in this wonderful place, Cel, no matter the road we take. |

I feel removed from the stressed people now. Almost like I'm letting them be stressed FOR ME! Not in a selfish way, but in an "I've been there, you'll have to find your way out, too", sort of way. As I type these replies, I realize this exactly what the "seers" have been telling us would happen! GOOSEBUMPS!!! :wow:

2. I have been feeling this as well, and I asked for it. I kept working |
|
to release the fear and negativity, asking the universe and my angels to help me. It was like a knot in my solar plexus area and a tightening of my neck and shoulder muscles. Sometime around the end of the year, I noticed that the knot was gone and I started feeling much more relaxed. I had been out-of-sync for about 2 years--being non-productive and lazy, even picked up some very bad habits that I had previously overcome (smoking). Now I feel like I am back to the old/new me and I am so very grateful for this release. If I could tell anyone how I did it, I would, but it came about so effortlessly. I think Karen Bishop mentioned something like this in her last email.

Actually, I've been asking for this for years, too, perhaps the Universe finally delivered! I have had the neck/shoulder pain for a couple of yrs, too. Gone these last few days. Now to deal w/the excess me (loose the excess #'s I've gained in the last 3 yrs.). Finding the absence of stress = no more ferocious appetite. Yeah! I finally feel I can do it! :bounce:

well. What's funny is that the extra poundage, which was really not much--maybe 10 lbs., just seemed to drop off without any conscious effort on my part. It made me wonder if that weight was the load (stress, anxiety, fear) I had been carrying. A metaphor sometimes makes more sense.
Cheers!

13. I'm convinced that stress causes weight gain. |
|
Seems I've heard some weight loss aid claim scientific proof of it. Perhaps a hormone called cortisone? Wish I only had 10#'s to loose. More like 50 here. I'd love it if they'd "just drop off" w/o conscious effort on my part! LOL Suspect I'll have to put forth some effort, but agree it will seem easier now. Everything seems easier. :)

14. Yes indeed (cortisol) |

Whenever I have been in stressful situations, I have gained a ton of weight. And whenever I was in a safe place (often moving back home--so much for fierce independence ), the weight always fell off without any sort of effort on my part.

That is no small feat. :applause:
I experienced the opposite over the weekend. After many years of not having this symptom, my "shortness of breath" is back. Well, it's not really shortness of breath. It's like not being able to take a full, deep breath unless I stop whatever I'm doing and really work on it. When I had this (severely) 10 years ago, I thought it was one of my "messed-up thyroid" symptoms. But my thyroid is the best it's ever been right now, so that isn't it. Took me a little musing over the weekend to realize it was stress.
However, of course as soon as I figured that out, it started to ease up, and now I'm not feeling it at all. Go figure. ;) So I guess I arrived at the same conclusion as you, but from a different path--I had to have that weird "can't breathe" feeling to wake up to the fact that I was stressed and to decide to, well, stop it! :)

I'm wondering if these last 3 yrs haven't been so stressful worldwide, that we have all reached a saturation/tipping point where we hit the wall & just say: "I'm not going to take it anymore!" "Enough is enough."
I also have the "messed up thyroid", but not going to acknowledge it anymore. Taking away it's power--just like the stress. I will not be a victim to my thyroid anymore. O, the power! :woohoo:

9. Y'all, I'm so happy for us! |
|
Now to go & spread the joy. I was just told that others will be positively effected just by being in our presence! Do you think this is what the Christ meant by, "Go forth & multiply." ?
I'm truly feeling joy for no specific reason. Wow, just WOW!
(PS--I am not on any medications OR alcohol OR mind-altering drugs, for the record.) LOL :hippie:

I like the idea of dumping stress and worry. Do you have a positive affirmation or phrasing for this? I walk in ease and grace or something like that?

Just asking for peace & understanding across the planet. And guidance for what to do w/my life career-wise when I take an early retirement the end of May. No answer on that yet...... But I don't feel the need to stress about it, even if I will only draw enough to pay my medical insurance, & will have to get another source of income. I know a deep sense of faith that the best situation will present itself. Faith. I think it is the key. Ya gotta believe. This is uncharacteristic for me......usually I "make things happen".....lots of action & effort on my part. Don't feel the need for that now. I'm just a magnet for all that is good & possible. No limits. But, I do a lot of protecting, also.
Wanting to do this & actually being able to do it are 2 very different things. Another benefit, I realize, is I am not FEEDING the dark side anymore! :7

I've been doing the abundance videos which I posted on another thread and they are really working for me, removing obstacles to my freedom and abundance left and right. I think the next thing I need to do is let go of overworking and exhaustion.
One of my affirmations which I really like is "I am immersed in peace tranquility and intuitive ease." It's a quote from the Sikh scriptures that really spoke to me.
Congrats on not feeding the dark side any more! You inspire me! :grouphug:
