I've posted several times in the request threads for good vibes, prayers, etc., & I think I may finally have a job!!!

It's part-time, not a lot of money, & is contingent upon a background check which I should pass with flying colors, but it beats being unemployed! I have been out of work for nearly 2 years, & all hope was almost gone.

I would like to thank everyone for any & all positive vibes & prayers. :hi: :woohoo:

I got the official letter from HR today. I start Monday!

Things are breaking loose all over. THe log jam has moved out. Or is it that we were all holding the log jam together and once we let go on 12/5 it was washed away.

I picture the log jam as hanging for a minute before it was released. That's when there was all that high tension. And now we feel the relief. That log jam was one big constipated bit. A really big poop! And there are some people who are hanging onto the old poop still. Man, that's some stinky stuff.

my unemployment was about 2 years too, just got hired last month.
you know, maybe this 2011 thing isn;t gonna suck eggs after all! ;)
