Do you have any advice on what I can do to ground myself today? I woke up out of a dead sleep in the middle of the night, turned on the tv as they were announcing the earthquake/tsumani. Yesterday I kept meditation going all day long in my headphones but nothing seems to be working today. Is there something aligning in me that is aligning with this energy like this, I actually feel like I have a "spiritual earthquake" going on in my solar plexus chakra.

I'm going to start tapping and doing other self-help but would like to understand better what is going on and is anyone else feeling this? I had to call in to work, I'm not fit to be around people right now...

our chakras,energy bodies, ect On EVERY level are being shook up and cleaned out.I think we are going to be able to hit and vibrate on a much higher and clearer note on the scale when this is done .

Iam so glad and appreciative of all the work,comfort,advice and information you give to all of us here on ASAH.
It does make a big difference as we all plunge into these new uncharted energies hitting our planet for the first time.

Same feelings go out to all the talented intuitives on this board (which is ALL of you). It is so nice to have a reference point and connection with all of you.It helps keep me grounded and not think I have entirely slipped the leash on reality. LOL! .......Oh though I know I'm still quite mad as a hatter.snort!

and it's nice for me to get verification through a standard group. I must tell you, nothing, nothing has ever happened like this before, the intensity and crazy mixes of energies. WE'RE JUST GETTING STARTED, really. Wait a few years until Pluto opposes the USA's Sun. That will be a big picnic, I'm sure.

4. I was extremely agitated last night for NO reason,

my hubby didn't sleep and my medium/psychic friend who channels angels and ascended masters, teachers etc. was woken up right when the earthquake hit because she HEARD it. The energy is super intense today because of all this clearing. Rick is right. Not only ground yourself but try and clear your energy and then put a shield around yourself. It will help. This is all necessary. It has to get worse before it can get better. It's happening on so many levels right now, and in layers.

5. Thanks to all for the advice

I did a Theta then a Gamma meditation and went through my chakras bottom to top. The solar plexus (yellow) was very "thick" and difficult to clear but once it was cleared I had some interesting emotional clearing - at the throat chakra I started laughing and then when I moved to the third eye, that chakra suddenly blended with the crown chakra and I had an overwhelming vision of masses of our Japanese friends gently floating to the other side and bowing to their Creator in a mass greeting. It was beautiful. I felt like the souls that crossed in this tragedy were old souls who chose to be part of this mass transition in order to help us on this side to adjust. My third eye and crown threw off a huge light and I just started crying.

Now I need to take a nap. I feel very groggy but when I'm running energy on my cat Joe it is ZOOMING through me.

It was a strange, happy, sad and enlightening meditation/chakra clearing. Thank you everyone for being here. It's good to have a place to go where people understand stuff like this :)

10. I've barely been able to sleep for weeks

then last night at 8pm est I decided to just "close my eyes" for a few minutes. Didn't wake until the radio turned on. BTW, yesterday was international women's day.

They let us leave early from clinicals today. I decided to use the time for a nap. Slept again for 2 hours...strange, uncomfortable dreams, except one part of my dream I was dreaming John's arm's were around me...dream within a dream

12. you're not stupid, I make stupid assumptions sometimes

I've written a few times over the past few years about my 2-fold relationship with John -- irl for 10 years he was my conductor and in dreams which turned later proved to have happened in realtime...they were clairvoyant. The dreams evolved into trances, again many of which verified to have happened as I was having them.

Our dream/trance relationship revived 4 years ago. He returned I guess to burn our karma as he is leaving earth plane soon.

I don't know if we are soul mates. We share sun and mercury in scorpio, moon and pluto in leo, and neptune in libra.
